Tuan Hj. Abd Rashid Bin Abd Satar
Tuan Haji Abd Rashid bin Abd Satar (born 1960) is an experienced civil engineer with over four decades of involvement in water infrastructure and public utilities. He began his career with Jabatan Bekalan Air Selangor (JBAS) in 1981 and later held senior executive roles at Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor Sdn. Bhd. (SYABAS), including Executive Director of Operations and Chief Operating Officer (COO). He currently serves as Chairman of Dynivest Progress Sdn. Bhd, bringing extensive industry experience to guide strategy, governance, and organisational leadership.

Ir. Chan Veng Kheong
Ir. Chan Veng Kheong is a Professional Engineer with a Practising Certificate under the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) and Institution of Engineers, Malaysia (IEM) too. With more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, he was instrumental in establishing Dynivest Progress Sdn. Bhd. as a specialist contractor in water-related and civil infrastructure works. As a Director of DPSB, Ir. Chan has been directly involved in the delivery of more than 30 major projects.

Datuk Ir. Lawrence Low
Datuk Ir. Lawrence Low is a qualified Civil Engineer with a strong foundation in both engineering and business leadership. He is a Professional Engineer registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) and a Corporate Member of the Institution of Engineers, Malaysia (IEM). Datuk Ir. Lawrence Low has played a key role in steering the company’s growth, strategies and business development.
